We talk a lot about the work we do for our customers: working in ceilings, mechanical closets and trenches. We talk about structured cabling and the benefits of single mode fiber. We explain to customers how BDAs work and how they will improve cell coverage throughout their buildings or across their campus. But we rarely talk about the team that does the work.
They’re an amazing group of highly-trained professionals who are thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of the work and pride themselves on doing an excellent job. They are BICSI-certified RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designers) and BICSI-certified technicians, as well as having other certifications relevant to specific installations. They also have had in-depth fiber optic training by industry leaders on best practices in fiber optic installation and troubleshooting.
As technologies evolve, our team participates in continuing education and training to ensure they are up to date on the very latest technologies and equipment. And all are background and CORI checked.
The KTS team is meticulous. When we follow up with customers, we are regularly complimented on the quality of the work and the quality of our team. They also frequently remark with amazement that our team left the work area so tidy they couldn’t tell that KTS had been there!
