Murphy’s Law states that, “Anything that can go wrong will – at the worst possible moment.” We’ve all been there at one time or another. Recently, Murphy’s Law struck with a vengeance on one of our clients. Fortunately, we were able to help.
As winter’s cold began to settle in, our client, a prestigious secondary school, discovered that they had a leaky steam pipe in their heating system. While inconvenient, the school administration thought the fix would be straightforward. Little did they know that things would go from bad to worse. They called in a repair crew to fix the steam pipe. However, while the repair crew was digging up the steam pipe, the backhoe hit and cut the fiber optic cable. In an instant not only was the heat not working, but the entire network was down in the main administration building and across much of the campus.
KTS received an anxious call around noon that day. By the next morning our team was on site creating a temporary repair to get the school back up and working as quickly as possible. Meanwhile worked on the permanent repair and got their fiber optic network back to normal in just a couple of days.
At KTS, we forge partnerships with our clients. We pride ourselves on being responsive. If your communications network has an interruption – any interruption – we will be there to get you back up and working because we know that reliable communication is a key to every business.
